Since November 2014, together with our cooperation partner WIESENKNOPF, we have also been able to offer you a highly flexible back-up facility in Leipzig.

As a rule, childcare takes place in the facility at Jacobstr. 9, 04103 Leipzig. If there is sufficient capacity, care can also be provided in the following facilities:

• Marbachstr. 2, 04155 Leipzig (Gohlis-Süd)
• Lange Straße 27, 04103 Leipzig (Center-East)
• Könneritzstr. 77, 04229 Leipzig (Schleußig)

Outside of our telephone consultation hours, you can book the backup via our nationwide free service hotline 0800 - 801007080 (around the clock).

As an employee:in our contract company, you can generally use our back-up free of charge in a company context, depending on the contract your employer has concluded with us. Please ask us or your HR department for details and further information, such as the usage quota.

If you need flexible care for your child/children in a business context (daycare strike, business trip, further training, extended working hours required at short notice beyond your regular care hours, absence of your private caregiver, etc.), please contact us (pme Familienservice Elbe-Saale branch, Tel: 0341-3085390).

The Wiesenknopf back-up works according to the nationwide quality concept of the pme Familienservice and is audited and certified annually.
